If your do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please check with Australia Post via thesupplied tracking #.If your order is still missing, contact us with your order details.
If we are unable to locate the missing shipment, you will be issued a full refund and can re-order if you wish.
Note: There may be additional delivery delays due to special circumstances or events beyond our control, and over the Christmas holiday season.
All orders are carefully packaged to minimize possible damage and breakage. If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling while in transit, you should fill out a damage report with either the Post Office or the delivery agent. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit once they leave our warehouse, however we may refund a portion of your order in such cases. You may also be eligible for full compensation from the delivery agent.
You can purchase from us with complete confidence. In the unlikely event any of the products you purchase are defective in some way they may be returned to us in the original packaging and in 100% resalable condition within fourteen days from receipt (time in transit not included), for a full refund.
In some instances proof of delivery time may be required.
